With less than five years remaining until the 2030 deadline for the Sustainable Development Goals, this year’s UN SDGs Youth Convergence serves as a national platform that mobilizes Filipino youth to accelerate SDG action in their communities. It champions youth Ownership, Co-Ownership, and Co-Creation—positioning young people not just as participants, but as leaders and partners in driving measurable, community-based solutions aligned with the 2030 Agenda.

The United Nations Sustainable Development
Solutions Network - Youth Philippines
The UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (UN SDSN) - Youth Philippines was established in 2015 by then UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon to advance the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. UN SDSN Youth Philippines operates in line with the various United Nations agencies, including the UN Secretary-General, mobilizing the largest youth network in the Philippines to drive action on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
National Mandate
UN SDSN Youth Philippines educates and mobilizes young Filipinos to understand the complex challenges of sustainable development and equips them with opportunities to apply their creativity, research, and leadership in pioneering innovative solutions for the SDGs. It bridges global frameworks with local action, ensuring that youth perspectives meaningfully contribute to national and international development processes.
